Exchange & Refund Process:

• To initiate an exchange or refund, simply inform the courier of your decision. Our courier will process your request on the spot, taking back the item(s) you wish to return.
• For exchanges, we will do our best to fulfill your request based on available stock. If your desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
• Refunds will be processed immediately, and you should see the amount reflected in your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Important Considerations:

• Please note that once the courier has left your location, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds for your order. This policy helps us maintain our standards of service and product quality.
• We recommend reviewing your order carefully upon delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
